Date & Venue
The Annual Tom Scott 10M Road Race & Round the Loch 6K
Race will take place on Sunday 11th April 2010 - at 11:00am within Strarhclyde Park Motherwell.
Registration
will take place at the Water Sports Centre between 9:30 & 10:30. Changing facilities and showers are available & are
included in the entry fee. Catering & free car parking are also avaiable at the Water Sports Centre. Both courses have
been accurately measured & as both are fairly flat they are suitable for fast times.
AGE GROUPS
The minimum age for the 10M event is 17 years of age on the day of the race & 15 years of age for the 6K event.
In the "Open Races" Vet/Master categories commence at 40 years for men & 35 years for women.

ENTRlY FEES
Although we have increased the number of prizes to over
60 in total & increased their value to almost £1300 we have decided to keep entry fees
as low as possable thereby holding them at 2001 level.
Pre-entry fees for the Tom Scott 10m
Race are £7 (SAL Reg.) & £9 (Non-SAL Reg). "Round the Loch" fees are
£5 (SAL Reg) & £7 (Non-SAL Reg.)
Entries accepted on the day at an additional
cost of £3
